The unique and stylish interior was heavily driven by the customer, who selected dark cabinetry, fixtures and fittings to create a contemporary feel for the home.
Prefabulous worked with the team at Innovations to fit out the property with the latest in bathroom and kitchen products, attuned to the modern aspects of the design and the customer’s vision.
Gunmetal tapware and showers from Greens are paired with Harmony toilets and Fienza baths in the bathrooms. The generous windows bring natural light into the space and balance the dark cabinetry scheme.
Neko sinks and Smeg appliances help create a well appointed and contemporary kitchen, joined by a Billi Eco dispenser for instant hot and chilled water. The double gallery style layout with a central island offers generous space for entertaining and connects well with the central living spaces.
The laundry is similarly styled with a gooseneck sink mixer in gunmetal.
